We're Listening: How Your Feedback Shapes Repricefy

|5 min read

Repricefy is not built in a vacuum. Every feature we ship starts with a seller saying "I wish I could do X." We read every email, every chat message, and every piece of feedback — and we act on it.

This post is an open invitation: tell us what you need.

Missing a Supplier? We'll Add It

This is the number one request we get: "Do you support [retailer name]?"

We currently monitor 40+ US retail suppliers including Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Sam's Club, and many more. But we know that is not everyone.

If your supplier is not on our list, tell us. Email support@repricefy.com with:

  1. The retailer name
  2. A link to a product page on their website
  3. How many products you source from them

That is all we need. Most new supplier scrapers ship within 1-2 weeks. We prioritize based on how many sellers request the same retailer — so if you need it, chances are others do too.

Recent additions based on seller requests:

  • PetSmart — requested by 3 sellers in the same week
  • Academy Sports — one seller asked and we shipped it in 4 days
  • Kroger — surprising request that turned out to be a great addition

Your request might be the next one we build.

Feature Requests Welcome

Beyond suppliers, we want to hear about everything:

Repricing strategies

Is there a repricing pattern you use that our 9 strategies do not cover? Maybe you reprice differently based on the day of the week, or you want to factor in advertising spend, or you need a strategy that accounts for bundle pricing. Tell us.

Dashboard and reporting

What numbers do you look at every morning? What report do you wish existed? We have built every dashboard feature based on what sellers actually track — revenue, margin, Buy Box win rate, supplier cost changes. If you need something we do not show, we want to know.

Integrations

Do you use a tool that should talk to Repricefy? InventoryLab, ScanPower, Keepa, RestockPro, SellerBoard — we are open to integrations that save you time. Let us know what would make your workflow smoother.

Workflow automation

Our workflow automation lets you set rules like "raise prices 3% on weekends" or "freeze overnight." But maybe you need something more specific: "if a competitor goes OOS, raise price to ceiling within 10 minutes" or "if margin drops below 10%, pause repricing on that SKU." These are the kinds of ideas that become real features.

How to Send Feedback

We keep it simple:

Email: support@repricefy.com — best for detailed feedback, feature requests, and supplier requests. We respond within 24 hours, usually much faster.

Live chat: Click the chat widget in the bottom right of any page. Best for quick questions and real-time help.

Subject line suggestions:

  • "Feature request: [your idea]"
  • "Missing supplier: [retailer name]"
  • "Bug report: [what happened]"
  • "Suggestion: [your improvement]"

You do not need to write a formal proposal. A one-line email like "Can you add Micro Center as a supplier?" is perfectly fine. We will follow up if we need more details.

What Happens After You Send Feedback

  1. We read it — every message goes to the founding team, not a support queue
  2. We respond — you will hear back, usually with a timeline or follow-up questions
  3. We prioritize — if multiple sellers request the same thing, it moves up the roadmap
  4. We ship it — when a feature based on your feedback goes live, we let you know

We do not promise to build everything — some requests do not fit our product direction, and some are technically complex enough to take months. But we are transparent about what we can and cannot do, and why.

Recent Features Built from Feedback

Every one of these started as a seller email:

  • Supplier Lock (always-in-stock override) — a seller asked "what if I always have this product from my own warehouse, not from a supplier?" Now you can lock any product as always-in-stock regardless of supplier status
  • Scheduled Pricing — multiple sellers wanted to raise prices on weekends. We built a full scheduling system with time-based rules and priority levels
  • Price Gateway safety system — a seller reported a near-miss where a strategy almost priced a $40 product at $4. We built a 3-layer safety system that makes this impossible
  • Competitive Intel spiral breaker — a seller was stuck in a penny-undercut war that drained margins to zero. We built a strategy that detects the pattern and breaks out of it automatically

Your feedback directly shapes the product. The next feature on that list could come from your email.

A Small Team That Moves Fast

We are not a giant corporation with layers of product managers and committee meetings. When a good idea comes in, we can often ship it the same week. That is the advantage of being a small, focused team.

We also know what it is like to sell on Amazon — because we do it ourselves. The problems you face are problems we understand firsthand.
